Is there a planning fee?

The majority of bookings require no additional fees. Reservations made via Luxe Tailored Travel provide concierge style service for the exact same price, and often-times less than booking directly on your own. Since travel advisors have connections and partnerships worldwide, our clients receive added value (at no extra cost) such as room upgrades when available, spa or resort credits, complimentary breakfast, and early check-in/late check-out.

Is There a Minimum Budget to be a client?

Does Luxe Tailored Travel provide booking services for Commercial Airline Tickets?

Absolutely! In fact, we have done extensive research to become experts in the field. Did you know that searching for the best airline deal is the most time consuming part of vacation planning? Our number one goal is to make sure your flight checks all or most of the following boxes:

Who do I contact if there is an issue or concern during my stay?

Luxe Tailored Travel! You spend enough time putting out the fires of everyday life. We don’t want you to lift a finger while on your vacation. You earned this personal time away and we don’t want you to waste any energy should something unexpected come up. We are available 24/7 during your stay. We make sure to connect with you before, during and after your trip to ensure your experience is nothing short of your expectations.

What’s the catch… How do you get compensated?

Most hotel properties, destination management companies, tour operators and suppliers will pay out a commission to travel advisors. These commission rates are generally negotiated by the travel consortium with whom the travel advisor is affiliated, and in no way affects your final cost.
